This Manager of Recruitment Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition sourcing strategies to continuously attract candidates to HE&R in order to fulfill business staffing needs. This includes aligning the recruiting strategy to each property’s hiring cycle and ensuring that the message and direction of the recruitment plan reaches the intended targeted audiences.
As a Sourcing Subject Matter Expert, you will provide leadership, training, development and coaching to the recruitment team. Ensure alignment of department priorities with Director.
Proactively research recruitment methodologies, trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing strategies.
Support Director with management and relationship of third party job boards, including Executive Search Firms and Staffing Agencies.
Compile and analyze data and metrics from job boards, applicant tracking system, and other analytical sources to assess recruiting strategies for decision making on allocation of resources.
Leverage social media platforms and align recruitment strategies with appropriate deployment of advertising in the marketplace.
Create inclusive and actionable sourcing recruiting strategies in response to multiple business units and hiring needs across HE&R. Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand challenges; provide insight and solutions to generate applicant flow and continuously improve recruitment processes and efficiencies.
Utilize recruitment techniques to source passive candidates, assist with the development and execution of the strategy for the Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) and other pipelining tools for current and future needs of the organization.
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure alignment on position and expectations of the HE&R Professional hiring process. As a Talent Advisor, provide recommendations to the hiring manager on effective interviewing strategies. Screen and refer quality candidates to hiring manager for consideration through phone screens, video interviews, and exploratory screenings with potential candidates.
Maintain open communication with Talent Acquisition System Administrators. Collaborate on reviewing and updating job descriptions/titles to aid with generating applicant flow based off leveraging HR/Talent Acquisition Technology tools as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders on generating new recruitment techniques and implementing creative strategies to generate application flow and to increase talent pipeline for hard to fill positions while maximizing platforms, including diversity related initiatives.
Participate in industry related associations and networking events to foster relationships within the community, local schools, and colleges/universities including student organizations/clubs etc. on campus. Attend recruitment related events and activities.
Maintain relationship with HR Support Center Team to maintain continuity of service for applicants and candidates as they move through recruitment and hiring processes. Develop creative strategies to enhance the experience of candidates and showcase HE&R as an employer of choice.
Partner with Marketing Teams to continually enhance company career site functionality, candidate optimization experience, and employer branding proposition.
Support recruitment team in facilitating execution of HE&R's annual recruitment plans in conjunction with staffing workforce planning processes.
